Can I just pop in for a coffee?
Absolutely! We'd love you to come visit us & we also offer takeaway coffees for a mid-dog walk treat or if you're on the go!
I've painted my pot, when can I collect it?
Your pots will be ready 2 weeks after you've painted them yourself.
Baby prints will be ready 4 weeks after the date of the print. And clay prints will be ready 6 weeks after.
You will not be contacted when your pot is ready, it's up to you to keep track.
We keep them for 3 months, after that they'll be disposed of.
Do I have to book?
Currently, we only take bookings for pottery painting and baby prints. We advise you book for these but walk in's are welcome subject to availability.
Are you dog friendly?
Yes we are! We'd love to meet your doggo's and why not include them in the fun - get them a pupaccino and print their paw prints on your special pieces!
Do you do evening sessions or classes?
Yes - we do! Please see our events page for information on our upcoming sessions.
Where can I park?
We have limited spaces (5) outside the shop marked 'R 54' which are available for our customers to use, failing this there is a semi-circle car park just down from the cafe. Please do not park in any other spaces marked 'R' as these are for residents only :)
Is the cafe accessible?
Currently, we area little restricted with space. There is a step into the building and our toilets are a bit of a squeeze. Please email us with any requirements you may have and we will do our best to cater to any queries you might have.
Do you serve food?
We do serve our house baked sausage rolls (subject to availability) with various other pastries on offer, alongside our locally famous cakes and other sweet treats. A brunch style menu is in the pipelines, please bare with us with this, we only want to serve the best so we're taking our time to create the perfect menu.
Can I spend my gift voucher from the old Studio?
It' been a year since we moved into the new premises and started our new venture. Unfortunately we no longer accept vouchers from 'Oh Hello Studio'.

Are you baby friendly?
Although we are a pushchair friendly cafe, space is limited so where it is possible a car seat/use of our highchairs is preferable.
Our baby change is in the office, please ask a member of staff for assistance.
What are the painting session times?
Our sessions run at 10am, 12.15pm and 2.30pm. On Sunday's we have 2 sessions, 10am and 12pm.
